Club Hierarchy Positions and Duties:
Table Officers
Table Officers
- President: Runs day to day operations. Oversees activities of Officers and Members. Organizes Club Meetings and lead Church meetings.
- Vice-President: Same as President. Assumes control when President is away. In charge of recruiting for new club members. Public Relations of The Club.
- Secretary: Keeps record of all proceedings, members, and allies/enemies. Oversees prospecting process for Prospects of The Club along with Matriarch.
- Treasurer: Manages, Tracks and makes money for club. Club property is purchased in Treasurer's name. Also acts as an Envoy for The Club.
- Sgt-At-Arms: Maintains order within the club as well as protecting club members. Fields member requests, complaints, and issues. Human Relations of The Club.
- Road Captain: Leads and Organizes club rides while maintaining safety
- Matriarch: Fields member requests, complaints, and issues and mediates discussions. Answers to Sgt-At-Arms.
- Enforcer: Enforces club rules to members and maintains the security of the club. Enforces club will to non-members. Answers to Sgt-At-Arms.
- Tail-Gunner: Mans the back of the rides watching formation. Helps with Club Tasks.
- Patch Members: Be a dedicated member of the club by being active and social. Follow all rules and responsibilities placed upon them by the Officers. Represent the club in a positive way and always respect his club and patch. Set an example to the prospects as to what a good Patch member is.
- Nomads: Same as a Patched Member but doesn't hold residence in a specific Chapter.
- Prospects: Prove themselves to the Club as a whole they are a good fit for the club by being active and allowing time for the members to get to know them socially. Follow all rules and requirements to pass through the prospecting period.
